Byron joined Dumont in 2024 and currently serves as an Attorney in the firm’s Civil, Commercial and Criminal Litigation practice. He holds a Law Degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, where he graduated with Honors and completed a specialization in Civil Law. He also serves as a professor of various Civil Law courses at the Faculty of Law of the same university.
His professional practice focuses on the review, analysis, negotiation, and drafting of civil and commercial contracts, as well as the comprehensive handling, follow-up, defense, and enforcement of legal actions in civil and commercial matters involving individuals, companies, and other entities, before both local and federal courts.
He has experience in the resolution of contractual disputes, commercial controversies between companies or merchants, as well as family law matters, regulatory issues, and proceedings related to the protection of intellectual property rights, including anti-piracy cases.
He is a member of the Mexican Bar Association.
