Diana is a highly qualified attorney specializing in Intellectual Property, with a strong academic foundation and broad experience in the strategic protection, enforcement, and management of intangible assets. She joined the firm in 2022 and has since played an active role in a wide range of matters involving trademarks, patents, unfair competition, franchising, and IP-related contractual work.

She has particular experience in anti-counterfeiting strategies, working closely with government authorities, including the Mexican Trademark Office and the Mexican National Customs Agency, to implement enforcement actions, border measures, and administrative infringement proceedings aimed at protecting market position and brand integrity.

She also has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to the use and commercialization of intellectual property rights, including licensing agreements, franchise agreements, assignments, NDAs, and coexistence agreements.
