Eric joined Dumont in 2023 and currently serves as an Attorney in the firm’s Civil, Commercial and Criminal Litigation practice. He holds a Law Degree from the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico and completed a specialization in Criminal Law at the National Institute of Criminal Sciences.
He has experience in the review, analysis, and drafting of civil and commercial contracts, as well as in the strategic assessment of legal matters and the definition of procedural courses of action, providing advisory services aimed at informed decision-making and the development of effective legal solutions.
Additionally, he has experience in criminal proceedings related to anti-counterfeit matters and property-related crimes, acting both as defense counsel and as legal advisor to individuals and corporate entities. His practice is focused on the comprehensive analysis of cases, the design of defense strategies, and the proper procedural handling of matters before the competent authorities.
