Zaira joined Dumont in 2023 and has over five years of professional experience in the field of Intellectual Property. Her practice focuses primarily on trademark and patent matters, as well as on the handling of administrative and constitutional issues related to the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.

She is regularly involved in the preparation and prosecution of trademark oppositions, invalidation and cancellation actions, and constitutional proceedings, in addition to participating in a wide range of litigation matters within the intellectual property arena.

Zaira has also completed postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property, which has allowed her to further strengthen her specialized training, deepen her understanding of the applicable legal framework, and enhance her strategic approach to these matters.
